– 2026-04-14T22:30: Intermittent power issues at High Plains Tower. New equipment is on the way, expected to arrive 4-17-2026
– 2026-04-15T18:37: NOC has monitored increased issues with the tower site and is deploying field tech to the siter to trouble shoot and use emergency replacement parts. Field tech is enroute to the office for equipment at this time.
– 2026-04-15T18:54: Field tech is leave the office and enroute to tower site with emergency replace equipment.
– 2026-04-15T19:10: Field tech is on site and trouble shooting the issue at this time.
– 2026-04-15T19:35: Repairs have been completed NOC is monitoring for customers to come back in session. NOC is also monitoring for tower stability.
– 2026-04-15T19:57: Field tech is clearing the site emergency repairs completed. NOC is keeping SIE open for monitoring until replacement parts arrive and are installed on 4/17/2026.
