Customer Portal

We have created a customer portal to enhance your experience with Wyoming.com. Please take some time to look around at features and information on this site.

This portal provides you with the options of easy Email access, pay your bill, print and view invoices, view your usage graph, a few of our favorite Wyoming site links, and information to assist in troubleshooting any issues that you might have.

View your Usage Graph

It is important to Wyoming.com that we provide you with as much helpful information about the services you receive as possible.  You can now view a graph of your usage under the View / Pay bill option of our customer portal. This graph shows you how much total download, total upload, and total combined bandwidth you have used during the current billing month. You can drill down to see daily or weekly usages too.

This tool will help show your Internet usage patterns over days, weeks or months and help spot issues such as unauthorized use, or identify active viruses or Trojans that you were not previously aware of. If you have rules within your household or small business regarding Internet usage, this may help you identify a problem.

More Tools and Resources

We want to provide you with the best customer experience possible! We are developing troubleshooting and instructional videos to help you use your Wyoming.com service to its full potential. We are always looking for ways to enhance our support of your service and will announce updates and enhancements to your Customer Portal as soon as they become available.

Thank you for choosing Wyoming.com as your Internet and Phone provider. We are happy to serve you. If you have any suggestions or ideas for this portal, feel free to send it to feedback@wyoming.com
