Customer/ Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity) is a leading provider of high-quality Internet, Phone, and Network services throughout Wyoming. We are seeking positive and hard-working individuals to join our Customer Service / Technical Support Call Center team in the Riverton office.

This position is a part-time Customer Service/Technical Support Representative. It is an entry level position which would require excellent interpersonal skills & computer knowledge in a 14/7 in-bound call center environment. Customer/ Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and limited network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and password problems, upgrading firmware remotely, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

The right candidate shall be energetic and bring a positive attitude to the work environment. Strong phone communication skills and etiquette are expected. Experience with Apple OS, Apple IOS and Android is a plus. Part-time positions are available. Part-time positions have a flexible schedule.
