Customer/Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)

What does a Customer Service Representative do?

We’re glad you asked – it’s actually a very important job! In 2019, the Internet is a pretty big deal – some have said that the Internet is “as important as food and water” in today’s society – in short, people basically need Internet to survive. Our Customer Service Team works with our clients to ensure that their Internet is running properly, which helps ensure the survival of our customers.

How does a Customer Service Representative do their job?

By using some of the most innovative technology this world has ever seen (telephone & computer), you will assist customers by troubleshooting their Internet connection, including the technical components of that connection, to ensure that their Internet is working. By successfully assisting our customers, you can change their lives for the better. By changing lives, you can achieve greatness! Inspirational, right?

Do I need to be “computer smart” or “Internet savvy” to apply for this very important position?

If we’re being honest, that is absolutely what we are looking for. If you’re familiar with the technical and network aspects of computers and the Internet, that would be ideal. However, we know that not everyone is born with those skills. First and foremost, we are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and responsible individual – if that’s you, we can build up your skillset and teach you the technical stuff!

Is this Customer Service opportunity a full-time position or a part-time position?

Good news! We are looking for both full-time team members AND part-time team members. If you’re looking for a full-time position, we do offer benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA, Paid-Vacation, and more! If you’re looking for a part-time gig to earn some extra money, we could use your help as well!

There are multiple shifts we are hiring for, including days, nights, and weekends.
