Steve Mossbrook, Chief Executive Officer

Steve Mossbrook founded Wyoming.com in April of 1994 at the inception of the modern Internet, and brings more than 35 years of financial management, operations, and strategy experience.  He has led the company from the early days of dialup services, DSL, the eventual deployment of fixed wireless broadband, to the development of the Company’s network services portfolio.  

An entrepreneur by nature, Mr. Mossbrook previously started or purchased companies in such diverse fields as plastics manufacturing, commercial real estate and cabinet manufacturing.

Mr. Mossbrook earned a BA from Oberlin College and an MBA from Georgia State University.  His primary focus has always been on finance and marketing, leaving technology to the staff, for whom it is second nature.
  
 
 
Mitch Benson, President & COO

Mitch Benson joined Wyoming.com as President and COO in January, 2013 with the responsibility of providing the management and leadership to ensure Wyoming.com’s organization, products and services continue to move into the future for the Company’s employees and customers. Mr. Benson has stated that “it is equally important to continue to provide greater opportunities for growth for our employees as it is to continue to provide better services to our customers as one cannot move forward without the other”.

Prior to accepting the position of President and COO for Wyoming.com, he was the Project Manager for Cerento, a position he held for 5 years before being named as the President and COO at Cerento in January, 2011. Mr. Benson brings 28 years of project management and leadership experience through his past employment with Peter Kiewit & Sons, where he was responsible for various engineering / construction projects throughout the United States such as Tenaska Power Plant, Level 3 Communications and Kiewit Offshore Fabrication Facility.  Mr. Benson earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.

Mr. Benson was born and raised in Riverton, WY and chose to move back to Riverton in January, 2006. He makes his home in rural Fremont County, WY with his wife and daughter.
  
 
  
Ryan "Butch" Cassity, Director of Sales, Marketing & Business Development
  
Butch Cassity has been with Wyoming.com for over five years. He graduated from Chadron State College with a degree in Business Marketing. Butch has had over eight years of direct sales, marketing, and management experience. Originally hired as the Sales Manager, Butch is now a member of the Senior Management Team.
 
Born and raised in Wyoming, Butch currently resides in Riverton with his wife and two children. He enjoys most outdoor activities, but is partial to ice-fishing, ATVs, and golf. 
 
 
 
Barbara Telgmann, Director of Accounting

Barb Telgmann has over 35 years of experience in the fields of accounting, banking and tax preparation. Since joining Wyoming.com in 1997, Ms. Telgmann has developed the accounting processes, procedures, and fostered a team of professionals who provide excellent service to Wyoming.com customers. A senior member of the management team, Ms. Telgmann has played a vital role in the development of the data management programs utilized by the Company.

Barb relocated with her husband Keith from St. Louis and has resided in Riverton for nearly 20 years. She enjoys horses, hunting, and outdoor activities, and has recently participated in sprint triathlons and long-distance cycling.
  
 
 
 
Jennifer Kintzler, Inside Sales Manager

Jennifer Kintzler was appointed as Inside Sales Manager in 2012 and is responsible for managing the Company’s sales efforts to the consumer and small business markets. Mrs. Kintzler joined Wyoming.com in 2010 as a Sales Representative, quickly establishing herself as the Company’s lead sales professional with the position’s best revenue production for three years.

Mrs. Kintzler has over 25 years of sales and customer service experience. Prior to joining the company, she held management positions leading to the growth of several successful companies. Mrs. Kintzler was President and owner of Area West Transportation, Sales Manager for California Wine Tours and Transportation, and the Vice President of TourCal Charters.

Since 2009, Mrs. Kintzler has made her home in Riverton, and enjoys her horses and other outdoor activities.
 
 
 
  
Matthew Galt, Customer Service Manager
 
Matthew Galt started as a Field Technician for Cerento in 2014. After two years of excelling in his position, Matt took his experience and assumed the role of Customer Service Manager in 2016. He attended the University of Montana and graduated from Alamon Telephone Training Center, Kalispell, Montana in 1993. He has over 25 years of experience in the Telephone Communications industry. He has more than 25 years in Customer Service experience having served in both private and public career duties.

Originally from Montana, Matt moved to Fremont County Wyoming in 2002. He lives in Riverton with his wife and step-son, and he enjoys fishing, riding ATVs, and playing darts.

 

 
Michelle Neuenschwander, Accounting Manager and Human Resources


Michelle Neuenschwander joined Wyoming.com in 2016 and serves as the Accounting Manager and Human Resources Administrator. She has over 26 years of accounting experience in several industries, including manufacturing, construction, retail, non-profit, banking, and auditing. This experience allows her to bring a broad and diverse accounting knowledgebase to Wyoming.com.
 
Michelle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ashford University. She enjoys decorating and reading.
