Please note that takes your Internet and Email security very seriously and are continuously working to meet or exceed industry standard security requirements.

Some customers have recently experienced a scenario where a security warning is displayed while accessing the webmail portal. This is largely in part to Internet browsers being recently updated. This warning is in reference to the SSL security technology that we are currently working with our upstream webmail provider on. can assure you that this web browser warning does not mean the webmail portal has been compromised or is unsafe. And while not a mandatory requirement for the web portal, in our continued effort to provide the most secure environment available for our customers, we are already working diligently with our webmail provider to further enhance the security posture of our portal to now also support SSL security. This added security enhancement, along with other features that we are continually working with our partners and providers on, will ensure that continues to provide our customers with the highest level of service and support possible.

Further information regarding SSL technology and it’s uses can be found on the support section of our website. In an effort to be as transparent as possible to our customers, we will again put out a notification when SSL security feature has been integrated into our web portal.

At times our customers need help to get a computer connected to the Internet properly, or make an IPad connect via WiFi.  We at we want to provide all of the assistance we can to our customers in these instances, even if we cannot provide that support directly.  That's why we created the Endorsed Local Provider Program.  We've partnered with local IT specialists to provide an additional resource of support to our customers as and when needed.
