THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
I Have had service with Wyoming.com for as long as i have lived here which is almost 20 years.
Your service has always been EXCELLENT but now you have gone above and beyond. Those of us that live on a fixed income try to cut back where ever we can to make ends meet.
Wyoming.com had a special this year where you could get wireless, DSL and phone service WHAT A DEAL!!!!! All of that is less than my monthly phone bill was so you all are helping keep my services, yet save money. I had the best Christmas ever once I found out all about it and got signed up for it.
The gentleman that came to install the equipment was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered all my questions.
Then there were the two that came to my house to install my phone because I was having trouble trying to understand. They were AWESOME!!!! What a joy to have the people of Wyoming.com come into my home, and even better they have EXCELLENT SERVICE, you are always treated with respect.
Keep up the good work. You can be sure I have told my friends how awesome your people are and how awesome your service is. |

I didn't realize you hired magicians in your support team. Anyone who can decipher my "non-computer" lingo and FIX my problem is a magician as far as I am concerned. So therefore, your employee "Bill" is a magician. Thanks, Bill !! |

| Top FAQs for
using our National Dial-Up Network:
|
| Q.
I'm in a hotel and it keeps saying my number is long distance |
| A: Check
with the front desk and make sure they have it programmed into their system as
a local number. If it is not tell the front desk that you are dialing a local
number and they need to add it to their PBX (switchboard) system. If they have
questions about its legitimacy of the phone number have the hotel try it on a
direct dial line without the area code. When the call is placed they will hear
the local modem bank trying to negotiate the connection (it will sound like a
fax machine.) If it was a long distance phone number they would get an operator
error stating that they need to dial the area code. |
| Q: After
my computer dials, it keeps asking for my username and password |
| A: The most
likely cause of this is that the username should not be your whole email address,
for instance: instead of putting in joe@wyoming.com you should be putting in
joe for the username. |
Q. When
my computer dials I get the error
"The computer you are dialing could not establish a connection" |
| A: The most
likely reason is that the phone number is entered incorrectly; do not put the
area code in separately. Uncheck the Dialing Rules and enter in the 10 digit
number in the PHONE NUMBER section. In addition, if you are dialing out of a
hotel, 9,,,, must proceed the 10 digit number. |
| Q:
I'm trying to SEND mail and I keep getting an error. |
The most
common answer is that the outgoing messages need to AUTHENTICATE, this is a
setting.
If you are using Outlook Express go to Tools > Accounts > Mail >
Properties > Servers At the bottom put a check mark in the box that says My
server requires authentication. |
Call 1-800-588-3304 for live, operator assistance during
our normal business hours.
We have trained and dedicated technical support staff waiting to help you get
online and stay connected. Call us, we'll help.
We would be glad to walk you through any settings on your computer and clear up
any issues you may experience.
