THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
I Have had service with Wyoming.com for as long as i have lived here which is almost 20 years.
Your service has always been EXCELLENT but now you have gone above and beyond. Those of us that live on a fixed income try to cut back where ever we can to make ends meet.
Wyoming.com had a special this year where you could get wireless, DSL and phone service WHAT A DEAL!!!!! All of that is less than my monthly phone bill was so you all are helping keep my services, yet save money. I had the best Christmas ever once I found out all about it and got signed up for it.
The gentleman that came to install the equipment was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered all my questions.
Then there were the two that came to my house to install my phone because I was having trouble trying to understand. They were AWESOME!!!! What a joy to have the people of Wyoming.com come into my home, and even better they have EXCELLENT SERVICE, you are always treated with respect.
Keep up the good work. You can be sure I have told my friends how awesome your people are and how awesome your service is. |

I didn't realize you hired magicians in your support team. Anyone who can decipher my "non-computer" lingo and FIX my problem is a magician as far as I am concerned. So therefore, your employee "Bill" is a magician. Thanks, Bill !! |

Outlook
Express 5.x - 6.0/ Windows Mail
There are two methods which can utilize a second email account. The first, and the simplest, add a new email account. However, when sending mail, the default account is utilized. So, if you wanted to send mail using the second email account, you will find the original email account is being used as the sending email address. To change this, you will need to go to "Tools", "Accounts". Click on the "Mail" tab. Highlight the mail account you want to send with, then click on "Set as Default." All incoming mail for both accounts will appear in the same "In" box.
The second method is to setup an Identity. An Identity is similar to a profile. When you want to check or send mail on the second account, you will need to switch to second mail accounts identity. This method keeps messages separated. By default, the first email account entered is the "Main" identity.
To add a New Identity:
- At the menu bar, click on "File", "Identities", "Manage Identities." By default, if an email account was already present, it will be assigned Main Identity. Click on "New."
- Type in the name to describe the account, for instance: "Mom's mail." If you would like to password protect this identity, click on "Require a password." A screen will pop up requesting the password and a confirmation of the password. Enter in your password, then click on "OK."
- Click on "OK." A message "Identity added" will appear. You will need to click "Yes" in order to setup the account.
- Setting up Internet Mail. This section will be similar to the instructions for adding a single account. Click on "Create a new Internet mail account." Click on "Next."
- Display name: Type your name as you would like it to appear on sent messages. Click on "Next."
- Email Address: Type in your email address (e.g.
userid@Wyoming.com).
- Email Server Names: Select "POP3" for "My incoming mail server is a.
Incoming mail server: mail.wyoming.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.wyoming.com
- Internet Mail Logon
- Account name: enter the userid for the account.
- Password: enter the password for the account.
Make sure to put a check mark in "Save password", unless you prefer to type in your password every time! Click "Next."
- Congratulations!
You are done! Click on "Finish." (If you get an "Import messages" screen, click on "Do not import at this time.") Click on "Next", then "Finish."
Under this new identity, only this account will be visible. To switch to the other account, click on "File", "Switch Identity", then select the other identity and you can start to use the other account.
